Service-based quotations

For services, break pricing down by deliverable or phase (e.g. design, development, deployment) so clients can see exactly what they're paying for at each stage.

Product-based quotations

For products, list SKU or item name, quantity, and unit price, and clearly state whether the quote includes shipping or installation.

Setting a validity period
